A 9,000sqm distribution shed on a site where the client's existing yard had to keep running through the build. That decided the erection sequence rather than the engineering: we lifted in four bays from the back of the site forward, so the truck movements never crossed the live yard, and took the crane out and back in twice rather than asking them to stop. 410 tonnes, eleven weeks from first lift to last bolt, and the yard traded every working day.
